Shuttles

Every morning: The Arcadian Hotel to the conference center, running continuously and arriving about every 15 minutes. Friday 7:10–8:00 AM; Saturday and Sunday 7:15–8:00 AM. The ride takes about eight minutes.
Friday evening · Duck Boat Tour: No shuttle from the hotels. Shuttles leave the conference center every 15 minutes between 5:00 and 5:30 PM, or make your own way to 53 Huntington Avenue before the 6:00 PM tour. One return shuttle to both hotels at 7:30 PM — the only one.
Saturday evening · View Boston: A coach leaves the conference center at 5:00 PM for both hotels. Coaches then set out for View Boston from The Arcadian Hotel at 6:00 PM and 6:15 PM, each stopping at the Inn at Longwood Medical five minutes later. Return at 9:30 PM and 10:00 PM.

Guests at the Inn at Longwood Medical are within walking distance of the conference center. No return transport is provided after the meeting closes on Sunday.
